What size businesses do you work with?
We're built specifically for small and medium businesses, roughly $2M to $200M in revenue. That's a deliberate choice: affordable, right-sized AI implementation without enterprise minimums or a six month sales cycle.
Do you work with businesses outside major cities?
Yes. We work with businesses worldwide, including regional areas. Many engagements are conducted remotely with periodic on-site visits.
How long does a typical engagement run?
It varies by scope. Strategy and reinvention engagements often run six to twelve weeks. A single AI workflow can be assessed, built and adopted in a similar window. Broader transformation programs can run three to twelve months. We always start with a clearly scoped, fixed initial phase.
How do you charge for your services?
We use a mix of fixed-fee project work and retainer arrangements, phased so you can prove the return before scaling. We'll always be transparent about investment and projected return before you commit.
