Do you work with businesses outside major cities?
Yes. We work with businesses worldwide, including regional areas. Many engagements are conducted remotely with periodic on-site visits.
How long does a typical engagement run?
It varies by scope. Strategy engagements often run six to twelve weeks. Transformation programs can run three to twelve months. We always start with a clearly scoped initial phase.
How do you charge for your services?
We use a mix of fixed-fee project work and retainer arrangements depending on the engagement. We'll always be transparent about investment before you commit.
